Hotel Coronado - Zurich

The location was very convenient, with easy access to the city center and lake by tram. The tram station was right outside the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and had modern facilities. The breakfast was generous and delicious.

Nothing, all was good.

It seems expensive but price is ok for zurich. Guy with glasess at the reception was very polite and has always solutions for the problems. It is a kind of chain and I wil check when i have a trip to other cities of swiss.

Offered quadruple-occupancy room, which is hard to find in Europe. Free parking and decent location in proximity to site-seeing locations.

Lobby smelled strongly of smoke--fortunately the room did not.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, right across the street from the bus stop and beside the tram station. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are cozy and clean, equipped with all the modern necessities.

We enjoyed a short stay in a modern, comfortable, clean and quiet room at the back of the hotel. The room and bathroom were on the small side but perfectly adequate for the compact traveller. The location was ideal as we had free car parking. It was a short tram ride to the city. Trams ran frequently. Purchase tram/bus day pass tickets from the very helpful reception staff. The male at the front desk was a lot of fun. WiFi worked best in the lobby. Minibar/fridge was useful.

No aircon in our room but the shutters and fan were useful against summer heat. B/fast cost seemed high (but it is expensive in Zurich) so we chose a cheap and easy alternative at a nearby cafe.

Quite cheap hotel (compared with others). Tram and bus stop opposite to the main entrance. Close enough to the city center and far enough from the caos of the city center.

Reception staff were very friendly, tram stop right outside the door with a number of tram lines going to the station, shopping area and lake - very convenient.

Bed spread was too small for bed.

The room was very large, there were comfortable chairs and a large table at which I could eat or work. The bathroom was very nice and there were huge 6 foot windows, plus skylights. I had the feeling of space, light, air and privacy. I also really liked the wood floors. The staff was very friendly and there is a tram stop directly across the street.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and a short ride to the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were really good too make us feel welcome and ensured our stay was enjoyable. The complimentary coffee and fruit at the reception desk were a nice touch. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as street noise and a small bathroom, we would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent service.

They went out of their way to provide information about the city and recommendations on where to go. The location of the hotel is fantastic, offering a green view and easy access to a tram line. Families will appreciate the convenience and proximity to transportation.

Comfortable clean rooms with necessary equipment not far from the center of the city and close to the Irchel park. The tram stop is just on the other street side.

Poor breakfast. Very slow service by the dinner and little size of meals, which means poor value for money.

Staying at this hotel was great value for money. the staff was absolutely wonderful, friendly, and helpful. the location was excellent, situated directly across from the tram station which made it very easy to reach the city centre and airport. It was close to the park where you can find a small lake. the room was nice and clean, with comfortable beds and a great bathroom. they had tea/coffee facilities available in the room, complimentary bottled water, and a possibility of borrowing a yoga mat from the reception. Breakfast was very nice, and there was a supermarket almost just across the street from the hotel.

The hotel lacked some decorative touches in the stairways, and there were some unpleasant odors in some areas of the hotel.

Uninspiring hotel, but nothing really wrong with it at all, and good location as we arrived by car.
